Summary: Great condo location and efficient space. Check in process was great and communication with Vacasa was timely. Extremely clean and had everything we needed save a couple of things. The listing advertised all linens were included and there were no sheets or blanket for the fold-out couch, so kids had to sleep without a blanket for the first night until they could get us linens the next day. There was a curtain rod falling out of the wall going out to the patio/pool area that could have fallen out on our heads at any time - I informed the property manager the first few minutes of being there and explained the possible hazard - and it was never fixed. The dryer was broken - it would automatically turn off within the first three minutes of running, so I’m guessing the output lint filter needed cleaning but it was inaccessible. I reported this issue and it wasn’t ever resolved. Vacasa also reported we couldn’t use the main boardwalk because of construction and told us we had to use neighboring property’s beach gate, but when we tried it, the gate code sent for check-in didn’t work. So we tried our normal beach gate, which was NOT under construction, and it worked. Lastly, I asked the prop mgr about golf cart parking at the condo, as is typical to rent a golf cart and park your car the while visiting, they said we would have to park in a public lot miles away from the condo, and were adamant we only had access to 1 parking spot. Turns out there were 4 golf cart spots to use 🙄
