This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo is the home away from home you have been dreaming of. Join us for your well-deserved vacation and relax with the sound of waves crashing against the shore.
This Orange Beach condo rental is located on the 3rd floor in the C Tower.
The master suite features a King bed, flat-screen TV, Smart DVD player, balcony access, and a private bath with a soaker tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom offers a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a Smart DVD player.
The unit also features a sofa-sleeper and flat-screen TV in the living room with breathtaking views of the Gulf through floor-to-ceiling windows. This unit also has tile floors in the living area and Wifi. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wet bar with an ice maker, and a full-sized washer and dryer.
CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every comforter, and every pillow sham – EVERY TIME. Liquid Life has our commercial laundry care facility, which means all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
Your family and your guests deserve the peace of mind that comes with a professionally cleaned condo. This has been our standard practice for many years. Cleanliness equals protection, and we are doing even more to ensure that your family and your guests are protected and pampered by real professionals. Our full-time professional cleaning crew utilizes EPA-approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before every visit, so you can rest assured that everything is perfectly disinfected. We also wash all linens in high-heat commercial washers and dryers to kill any germs and follow specialized processes to protect clean linens. As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.
COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Seachase is perfect for anyone's vacation. Property amenities include four outdoor pools, one is a zero-entry, a splash pad, a kiddie pool, three outdoor hot tubs, one indoor hot tub, an indoor pool, a tennis court, a grilling area, and a fitness center.
PARKING PASSES
One parking pass comes with your Liquid Life reservation, and you can purchase a second pass. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your next beach vacation. If you find yourself needing to cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date (60 days for monthly rentals), we will offer you a refund on 100% of the rent paid. The only thing not refunded to you is the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance, the processing fee, and the damage waiver fee. If you cancel within 7-14 days before check-in, you will receive 50% of your rent back. See our Rental Agreement sent to you upon booking to read the full policy.
