Summary: I love Phoenix West, stayed here before, this room was a different room. However the 6th floor is perfect! Parking right outside on your deck. Not too High or low can view the lazy river and the beach/gulf with ease. The room was very clean and the new couch is super soft and squishy but not a sofa bed. I will say all the beds need NEW box springs- that is what causes all the noise when you move like a crunchy noise-really owners take care of the beds-love your place. We cooked and there was all the needed utensils. We enjoyed the balcony repeatedly. The places we ate at and recommend from our local friend was OSO Bear Point and Jellyfish. We did Lulus too but not totally my favorite but good. Gator park in Summerdale was too Fun! Recommend this place!
