Summary: The booking was simple, and we received codes before hand and did not have to go to any desks for check in. The parking garage is across the street and only the first two floors are available to guest, so we had to take the elevator up to the third floor , then walk through the amenities building, through the above ground crossing, and journey to the far right elevators of tower one up to the 20th floor. That in itself was exhausting, especially when packing kids and groceries. They do have carts to haul your belongings , but you have to leave your license with the attendant to borrow the cart to ensure a prompt return. When we arrived in our unit, the toilet in the master bathroom was broken , as well as a towel bar in the haul bathroom. I called guest services and someone was out within hours to address and resolve both issues. After this we started noticing other small, but disappointing issues. The master bedroom door only shuts if you lift the knob, the kids room door did not close properly at all and neither did the hall bathroom door. We were only given 6 towels and 6 washrags for our crew of 2 adults and 4 kids. This would not be that big of a deal had the dryer been sufficiently drying. When drying the clothes, we would have to run on 2-3 complete cycles to actually dry them, and this was by no means loaded to full capacity. We finally gave up on drying towels in the actual dryer, and just laid them across the chairs on the balcony as this actually dried them quicker
