Oceania 706 is a spacious Gulf front condo with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. It is located on the 7th floor and has magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. Upon entering the condo, you will first notice the floor-to-ceiling windows offering unobstructed panoramic views of the emerald-green Gulf of Mexico and the sugar-white sandy beach.
Oceania is a gated condominium with one of the most extensive private beaches in the area. Oceania is considered a low-density building with only 71 units in the entire building, giving everyone plenty of room on the beach. Amenities include a private beach, beach service (two beach chairs and umbrella set up daily - Mar-Oct), reserved covered parking, swimming pool, fitness room, gas grills, wireless internet, enhanced cable TV package, and keyless access.
The condo also offers an impressive balcony where you can see for miles from the 7th floor! Enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon lunches, and relaxing dinners, all while watching the beautiful ocean waves. The balcony can be accessed from three different sliding glass doors and offers lounge chairs and tables. You will enjoy entertaining or just relaxing every day and night on the balcony. Curl up and read your favorite book, watch the dolphins swim by, or enjoy the ocean breeze as life’s pressures melt away.
The kitchen has newer cabinets and higher-end appliances and is fully equipped with all the necessary tools to prepare your favorite meals.
The large living and dining area has a bar with a stand-alone ice maker ready for your entertaining. The spacious living room will give everyone plenty of room to spread out. Sofa sheets are provided for the sofa sleeper to allow the condo to sleep up to eight. The living room has a 63" flat-screen smart TV with an upgraded TV package.
The master bedroom has a wall of windows overlooking the gulf, 47" TV, a huge walk-in closet, and the bathroom offers a double vanity, a Jacuzzi bathtub, and a separate walk-in shower.
The second and third bedrooms each have private baths, queen-sized beds, large closets, and 32" LED TVs. All of the bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers.
Oceania is located on Holiday Isle which is a small peninsula in the Destin area. This peninsula is only a few miles in length and is surrounded by Destin Harbor to the north and the Gulf of Mexico to the south. Holiday Isle is off the beaten path but centrally located, where you are literally minutes away from all the shopping, dining, fishing, amusements, golf, and fun the Destin area offers. Destin has abundant water-view restaurants and fun dockside bars; plenty of restaurants from formal dining to fast food to your classic mom-and-pop. Destin offers a world-class charter fishing fleet, sailing excursions, sunset cruises, dolphin cruises, pleasure boat rentals, diving, and snorkeling trips. Nearby are abundant shopping opportunities, from exclusive boutiques to outlet stores to antique shops. Numerous golf courses and amusement parks are only a short drive away. And don’t forget the beautiful Emerald Coast with the whitest sand with the softest grain you’ll ever feel.

Oceania is a multi-unit complex unit, and there may be construction activity or general building maintenance times that are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee this may not occur during your stay.
Down payment/refund policy: We require a 25% down payment to finalize your reservation, with the balance due 60 days before arrival. We provide a full refund 60 days before your arrival in case of cancellation. We do not rent to groups under the age of 25 (ID's will be checked during check-in). Absolutely NO PETS of any kind are allowed. Smoking (including electronic smoking) is NOT permitted. During a hurricane, if the local government orders an evacuation during your stay, you will be refunded for the unused days of your stay.
