Spacious 4-bedroom condo overlooking pristine beaches and emerald waters! You can walk out of this corner, ground-floor unit, and directly access the beautiful private beaches on the Gulf of America. Enjoy our newly updated patio furniture (2021) while overlooking a beautiful greenbelt and incredible ocean views. The grassy area is the perfect place for children to play while you relax!
New 65" smart TV (with cable DVR) in the living area and new smart TVs in the bedrooms. High-speed internet and a phone landline make C105 a great place for a working vacation.
Enjoy our new stand-alone ice maker (2022) that's perfect for your beachside coolers and our new washer/dryer (2022) in our updated laundry room.
C105 offers dining for ten, and the kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and everything you need from a Keurig, coffee pot, blender, crockpot, and wine openers.
All bedrooms have high thread-count sheets and quilts that are washed between visits.
New paint, new Cali Bamboo bedroom floors, and new mattresses January 2020.
Take advantage of Adagio's shared, on-site amenities including an 8000-square-foot pool with fountains, a heated gulf-front pool and a hot tub.

-Beach chair service is available, but not included. We highly recommend considering the beach chair service as the amount of space for personal chairs and umbrellas is limited.
Adagio's convenient location allows for quick access to neighboring Grayton, Seaside, and WaterColor where you'll find fabulous shopping and dining venues. The area also offers a spectacular 17-mile biking/hiking trail along historic beach highway 30A. The bike ride along 30A crosses some of the most spectacular inland lakes in the world.

Summary: We had the absolute best time at Blue Mountain Beach! Leading up the the trip, Sharon was incredibly responsive to any questions. Beautiful unit, my favorite from what I can tell at Adagio with the best sunset views. We loved having the very safe greenspace for our active toddlers to run around. Beds and all furniture were wonderfully comfortable and the unit was stocked with all the kitchen things you would need and more. Loved the ice maker. The on site management was great - told us the unit was available early and maintenance came quickly when a small plumbing issue from another unit affected us minorly. The beach was perfection and we loved the late afternoon tide pools. We’ve stayed in Seacrest and Watersound before and now prefer Blue Mountain the most! Unforgettable family vacation, thank you Sharon!
