Positive: The apartment is in a great central location, beside supermarkets and the apartment complex itself is very modern and clean

Negative: In our case we were a group of 3 friends were booked in for a two week holiday. Unfortunately we had difficulties with the apartment facilities. The beds absolutely have to be replaced and we’re our main gripe of the stay, I don’t think any of us had a decent sleep for the duration of our stay. They are so squeaky and uncomfortable, the bed frame is very loose and poorly constructed, I had to put my mattress on the floor for the duration of our two week stay in order to get any sleep at all. There was no shower curtain at all in the main bathroom so it could not be used at all and the towel rail fell off the wall. The dining table could not be used as it was very unstable. Also in general there was a general lack of useful items in the apartment, there was only 5 clothes pegs, no tea towel and a lack of storage in smaller bedrooms. I ended up using the smaller bed to put a lot of my things on as there was no table or drawers to store your things. There is a pool on the roof but there are no foldable chairs available to be able to use that facility. Facilities aside we had an issue with our booking also. We landed in Malaga at 8pm to receive an email telling us that we cannot stay in the apartment that evening (something about an issue with cleaning?), with no offer of alternative accommodation. I had to make several calls only to be told that they cannot organise any alternative accommodation for us, at this point it is 21:30 and we are stranded on Spains national holiday with nowhere to stay. We had to pay a lot of money for a tiny room in a hotel that evening that we only managed to secure at 23:00. I understand that things can happen but informing us at 20:00 when we had this booking for many months without an offer of alternative accommodation is really unacceptable.
