There are 2 bedrooms here, both located on the lower ground level; please mind your step as you walk down the stairs. Guests will find in one room a double-bed, and in the other a single bed. In both rooms, there is a dedicated wardrobe for your belongings.
The 2 bathrooms have all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
Cleaning and sanitization will be done before your anticipated arrival.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
