Bright and Spacious, the apartment is located on the 10th floor of a highrise (with a lift of course) with a lovely balcony.
A lovely sitting area with a large and comfortable sofa sits before the entrance of the balcony, sharing the space with an open-plan kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and amenities that you'll need to whip up a meal such as, an induction cooker, oven, microwave, toaster etc.
There are 3 bedrooms here. One features a comfy double bed, another a single bed, and the last room doubles as a workroom but also has a double sofa bed. Each bed is fitted with hotel quality linens, and if you need to use the sofabed, just let us know and we'll set that up for you too!
You'll find the flat has 2 bathrooms, each one has a bath and a shower + towels and complimentary toiletries we've provided for your convenience.
The home is also equipped with a water softener so you won't have to worry about the water quality, and you are welcomed to use the printer and brita water filter too.
Your health is our priority. Our home follows an enhanced cleaning protocol, with a professional cleaning and strategic disinfection.

(London Bridge / Cannon Street) in a little over 20 minutes,
via the Main Line and less than 25 minutes to Bank / Tower Gateway via the DLR.
London City Airport can also be reached in as little as 5 minutes
, with Canary Wharf & Stratford also accessible in less than 25 minutes.
As far as leisure is concerned, a short cab ride will take you to nearby Blackheath, Greenwich or,
the O2 - where you will be spoilt for choice in terms of food, drink and nightlife.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (15:00 on the day). You will be required to pick up and return the set of keys within walking distance to the property (8 minutes). If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us.
Also, note that we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :) There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
