Bright and tastefully decorated, this lovely apartment is ideal for guests exploring this beautiful city. It is designed with an open and cosy living room, where you can relax after a long day scouting the city. You can also access the private terrace, which overlooks the city!
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you will need to make a delicious meal. If you wish to dine in, feel free to have your meal at the dining table available.
There are two bedrooms, each with a king and queen bed, respectively. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up. Clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.
Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Guests will have access to the entire home and the building's shared facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool. There is a barbeque and observation deck sitting on the top floor with a view of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Fountain.

Due to local laws, we need a copy of your passport before arrival. I will have to upload this passport copy to Dubai Tourism Department to register you as a guest. This apartment is fully legal and reported on Holiday Homes. Please note that as per Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per night.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum AED 1800 smoking fee.
Checkout time & Penalty: The checkout time is strictly 11 AM. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500. We need more time to prepare our home for the next guest and want to ensure we deliver our home in the best quality and on time.
