Positive: Great location, right in front of Kawaguchiko station if you are coming from Tokyo. Very near to the famous Lawson store as well. Cozy tatami room with shared bathroom which are clean and well maintained.
Negative: Traditional home so rooms are not sound proof. We had a great first night with the other guests being considerate and quiet. However, the second and third night was slightly more noisy as other guests staying beside us were talking on the phone throughout the night. Thankfully me and my partner were not light sleepers and we still managed to have decent sleep.
