Welcome to the guest house at the Davidson Manor. The space itself is a suite situated above the carriage house style garage. With over 1000 sqft of living space it’s the perfect place to unwind.
Upon entering the suite you are greeted with the dining area and first sitting area. A bright space flooded with natural light it also doubles as the pull out couch bed. Continuing on into the unit you enter the fully equipped kitchen, complete with complementary tea, coffee and breakfast. Next you are brought to the main living room area. There are no windows in this section but lots of floor lamp lighting makes it the perfect, cozy space for a movie night.
Passing through the double doors you enter the primary bedroom. There are his and her closets immediately upon entering and straight ahead is the king sized bed with a niche on either side for light and bedside storage. To the left is a third sitting area with a view of the river valley and to the right is the custom designed bathroom with funky tile, a stand alone tub and an assortment of complementary bath products.
If you’re more interested in being outside there is a private bistro patio and use of a barbecue to enjoy those long summer evenings.
