The accommodation is located on the ground floor (1 step at the entrance) and the internal space is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, 25\" smart TV, dining table with chairs, split A/C and access to the garden;
- KITCHENETTE with induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washing machine, electric oven, kettle, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils;
- BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, split A/C;
- BATHROOM with slightly raised shower cubicle (with wheelchair access), shower chair, sink, bidet and WC (with grab bars);
- PRIVATE GARDEN with tables, chairs and awning;
-SHARED POOL inside the residence.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The heart of the village is the historic Tonnara, today surrounded by typical clubs, shops and restaurants. Worth visiting are Piazza Regina Margherita, the Church of San Francesco di Paola and the small port. Ideal for enjoying the sunset, tasting fresh fish and discovering the south-eastern coast of the island.
A few km from the property there are beaches of extraordinary beauty and crystal clear waters, such as the Spinazza beach, the Portopalo beach (Capo Passero) and the famous San Lorenzo beach.
