Positive: The room was also good, the house was also good, but when I went to get the key, the person who gave me the key took 10 euros extra from me, which they shouldn't have taken because I booked the room from booking.com and had made the payment, but I don't know what they took money for. And I went to get the key at four in the afternoon.
