The apartment has a private entry,own court yard, new bathroom and a Kitchenette.
Our property is surrounded by native animals. Located only 12 minutes drive from Robina Town Center and 6 minutes from several shops.
PLEASE NOTE, The apartment is attache to the main house. SOME DAILY NOISES CAN BE EXPECTED.
GUESTS MUST HAVE A CAR to acces the property.
We are a busy family of 4, my husband and I, our 3 year old boy and our friendly fur baby ( a husky) which stays in his fenced area or in the house with us. You could eventually spot our dog from your bathroom window. The unit comes with a mordem and brand new bathroom and kitchenette, offering all you need for your short stay. This is a self contained apartment, joined to the main house, however with its own entrance, private yard , although it is a shared driveway. So you could potentially see us coming and going from the house.
The space is the ideal for a single person coming to Gold Coast on working commitments or a couple on holidays.
The property is on a SEPTIC TANK SYSTEM, so please, be aware of the restrictions and the care needed when using certain products.
