Summary: The apartment is conveniently located. Just a few minutes walk to the subway station. There are many restaurant options nearby. But the cleanliness of the apartment needs to be improved. There were cockroaches in the bathroom and the refrigerator and kitchen were not clean. I woud recommend this apartment if its cleanliness can be improved.
