This coastal gem comes with a designated parking space and has been recently updated with new tile in the living area, new carpet in bedrooms, and new tubs/showers in both bathrooms. The living area and all bedrooms are equipped with flatscreen TVs with cable for endless entertainment and comfort. The large living area and primary bedroom face the ocean. The spacious patio leads right to a large grass back area and then the walkway to the beach. And if you're not in the mood for a sandy evening at the beach, you can always head over to the community outdoor pool for a refreshing dip!
