Hi there! I am a great family or friends vacation condo in lovely Fernandina Beach. Roughly 790 sq. ft. of cozy togetherness.
My private, spacious patio is awesome. From my roof top deck, you can watch the sun rise over the Atlantic Ocean and set over Amelia Island. It is also a great place to watch rockets from Cape Canaveral cross the sky.
I come furnished with three beach chairs, sun umbrella, soft sided cooler and a few toys for trips to the beach.
Inside I have two-bedrooms, two-bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living space. From my front door it’s a very short walk to one of Amelia Island’s many public beaches access points. Beautiful Fort Clinch State Park is located 3.3 miles north and then 1.5 miles west from Fort Clinch is downtown Fernandina Beach. Amelia Island State Park at the south end of the island is only 4.8 miles. So, I’m very centrally located.
You will probably enjoy it here so much that you want to invite a friend or two, and that is fine but know that there is only one parking space dedicated to my address; space 102 directly in front of the condo. Daytime visitors can usually find a parking space directly across Fletcher from Simmons in the Public Beach Access parking lot. There may be one or two parking spaces available on the south side of the lot along Simmons Road for overnight parking, but this is strictly first come first served. If these options won't work, contact your host and we can make other arrangements.
I do hope you can come and stay long enough to get a feel for Amelia Island. I love it here.
