One bedroom with Queen size bed, ceiling Fan, mirrored closet doors, built in desk and chair if you need to work, and plenty of linens, towels, and beach towels. The unit is totally furnished with everything you need right down to the wine glasses. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, stove, oven etc. Professionally color decorated with new LG Smart TV in Living room, All Canadian Channels, All American Channels, US and Canadian News, All Sports in US and Canada and many other countries, Netflix, over 2000 channels, free HBO and Movie channels, and too many channels to mention, and free Internet! Purified hot and cold water dispenser 24 hours a day. The condo is located in Club La Costa, Phase 1, a quick walk to shopping, restaurants, Taxis, Gym, and the Beach! It is in the heart of the hotel resort zone with many outdoor restaurants and places to walk. It is a 15 minute walk to historic downtown San José del Cabo which is well known for Art Walk on Thursday nights. Mini split Air conditioning, and ceiling fans in all rooms. Also a ceiling fan on the outside Patio as well as a large patio table with 6 chairs. There is a new Whirlpool washer and also a dryer is located in a double door closet off the patio. There is a Propane Barbeque also on the patio with all utensils. The condo is well taken care of and everything works! There are 3 swimming pools and 3 jacuzzi spas for your use, 2 of which are just steps from the unit, one of which has a no host swim up bar. There is a designated Parking space for the unit in case you have a car. There is a free book exchange, and a more public additional bathroom outside in an emergency. This is an extremely safe area and has security on site 24 hours a day.
This condo and location provides ALL you could possibly need within a couple blocks including restaurants, bars, clubs beach, golf, gym, pools and spas, supermarkets, pharmacies, not to mention world class fishing out of the marina a mile or so away. All the best Surfing spots are close by. Just bring your suitcase!
The neighborhood is in the heart of the San Jose del Cabo Hotel Resort Zone. Many large hotels on the beach with Horseback riding on the Beach through a beautiful Estuary with many species of birds, giant blue Herons etc. Our condominium Large patio faces the Golf course, which faces the main street with the hotels. As you walk one block there are many restaurants and shops in a Mall facing the street with outdoor dining. There is a line of Taxis there as well as Uber, which you can take or many people just walk to the Historic or downtown area where there is a main Plaza, and the church that the Missionaries founded. Tons of shops, and delightful places to enjoy, eat or drink. All this is an easy walk. There are 2 large supermarkets a short walk from the condo. If you rent a car you can go into the mountains or hills, and swim in pools and waterfalls. Old Mexico still exists once you leave town. Hopefully you wont hit a cow! If you want Modern you can go to Walmart which is close, or drive about 15 miles to Costco and Home Depot!! Beautiful white beaches, bays for snorkeling, scuba, and all the water toys plus Surfing, Horseback riding, and swim with the Dolphins. The Puerto Los Cabos marina is one mile away and offers the worlds best Marlin Fishing, Tuna, and Dorado Mahi Mahi! The local captains are some of the best in the world. You can also drive in a couple hours or less to the big Capital city of La Paz 135 miles north from San Jose or the small sleepy art and crafts town of Todo Santos famous for art gallery type things and contains the "Hotel California" which many people, including the hotel, says is the original hotel where the Eagles stayed. You can stay there or eat there. In short there is just about anything you want not too far away and something for everybody if only to relax and read a book!
