2 Bedroom Villa in Hilton Head Island

Beautifully appointed and immaculately furnished, 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom villa located in Forest Beach. The villa is conveniently located very near a paved bike trail that leads directly to the beach only 1/2 mile away. Pickle ball/tennis courts and the Coligny Plaza, which features shops, dining, and entertainment, are within walking distance.
The villa has tile flooring throughout the first floor with a spacious living area furnished with a sleeper sofa, comfortable chairs, and a flat screen TV. Enjoy the private outdoor patio nestled in a lush, low country garden. The dining area sits between the kitchen and living area. The gorgeous, fully stocked galley kitchen features marble counters and stainless appliances. There is a washer and dryer and half bath located on the first floor.
Both fresh and comfortable bedrooms can be found upstairs on the second floor. The master bedroom has a lovely king bed, bonus twin bed, flat screen TV and a private balcony. This bedroom has a master bath with a tiled jetted tub & shower combination and a granite top vanity. The second bedroom has a luxurious king bed, flat screen TV and access to the balcony. Both bedrooms have been recently updated with new flooring, paint, comfortable bedding and fluffy pillows.
Another full bathroom is located on the second floor with tub/shower combination.
This villa is loaded with extras to make your vacation at the beach comfortable, convenient and memorable (beach wagon, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis racquets, high chair, pack n play, smart TV, games, puzzles and more!!)

Summary: Such a quaint, well decorated, clean condo! The owner quickly responded to all our questions. Unfortunately we had to leave early because of a medical emergency, but we hope to be back again this winter.
