Summary: The office staff have been fantastic with communication and they have been really accomodating. Location is great, although can be a little noisy but not bad enough that it would put me off returning. The tv is tiny, which is unfortunate and occasionally there is an unpleasant smell from the bathroom, which I think could be the drainage system. The apartment would benefit from extra pillows, a full length mirror and a clothes horse to hang washing. I dont think the bed would suit someone with a bad back. Overall, I would recommend it for a short break.
