A well appointed kitchen with brand new appliances cook top, large fridge, microwave and ample pantry space. Open plan dining and living space with comfortable modern furniture. For a little fun we supply an old record player, bring your own vinyls along. Two bedrooms one with a queen bed, and the other with a Trio bunk consisting of 1 Queen bed at bottom and 1 King Single bed at top. All appliances throughout are of high quality and will make for a relaxing beach side break! Smart TV with access to Google Chromecast, Netflix, Stan, Spotify and Foxtel along with a bluetooth speaker for music. Lovely size block with a large lawn area surrounded by gum trees. Pet friendly. Linen inlcuded. WIFI included. Schoolies bookings are NOT accepted. 7 night minimum from 26 December to 31 January 4 night minimum during Easter *$1000 security deposit and $85 booking fee
