This private south facing home is approx. 4600sqft with five bedrooms, four full baths and two half baths. The main level has high ceilings, exposed wood beams in the great room with dramatic stacked stone fireplace, large kitchen with island, dining area with large table, lake facing master suite with king bed, vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and seating area, office, laundry room, pantry with second refrigerator and wine refrigerator and two half baths. Front and back stairs take you to the upper level with a large guest room with queen bed and full bath, family/game room with foosball table, sectional sofa, big screen TV and Xbox, third bedroom with queen bed and in suite bath plus a futon, a fourth bedroom with one queen bed, a fifth bedroom with four double bunk beds, a fourth full bath, and another laundry room. All bedrooms face the lake with unobstructed views. The home is beautifully and tastefully furnished and decorated with dramatic lighting throughout. Viking, Subzero and Miele appliances, proper wine storage, central sound system inside and out. Kitchen island seats six, kitchen table seats another six, adjacent dining area easily seats eight plus, perfect for large gatherings. The outside of the home is oriented toward the lake and perfect for gathering, relaxing and entertaining. One covered patio just off the kitchen has an outdoor Viking grill with natural gas attached, teak cushioned sofa, chairs, coffee table and natural gas heaters. The large middle brick patio area has a teak dining table and chairs with umbrella and seating for eight, huge gas starting wood burning iron fire pit with seating around it. The third trellis covered patio in front of the master suite has a hot tub for six with exceptional views and teak steamer chairs. Pass through the nice level lawn and lush lavender to access the large sweeping grass steps that gradually take you down to the dock and crystal clear waters of Lake Pend Oreille. This large brand new lighted dock has two canopy covered boat lifts (4000lbs and 10,000lbs), two ladders for easy water access and ample surface area for sunning or relaxing in the Adirondack chairs.
