Summary: We are located in the heart of the Greer Village just steps from Main Street and the newly improved village walkway. Our cabin is facing the Little Colorado River which you can see and hear from the porch. As our guest, you can fish below the cabin along the river (AGFD license required & can be obtained at local Lazy Trout Market). This is a cozy home with all of your basic needs. Gas grill and chairs are located on the covered porch. Parking spaces for 2 vehicles outside the cabin. The Space: We provide pillows, bed linens & high quality bedspreads, bath & hand towels, washcloths, soap & shampoo/conditioner (if needed) & toilet paper. Our kitchen is stocked with teflon coated pots & pans, silverware & utensils, plates & cups, glassware (including wine glasses), aluminum foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, salt & pepper, vegetable oil, pan spray and trash bags. We have a dishwasher and provide pods as well. Trash dumpster is located on the property for your bagged and tied household trash. We allow house trained dogs for a $25 fee. Please message us the age and breed of your dogs when booking. A key box code will be messaged to you before your arrival for easy self check in. We have recently upgraded our cabin with fresh paint, new towels and bed linens, pots and pans and super Samsung kitchen appliances! Each bedroom now has a streaming TV. Our living room has a swivel mounted 55 inch HD TV with satellite, streaming and Blu-Ray player. Guest Access: We have some public chairs around the Riverbend Hillside for relaxing and enjoying the view. At our office, we have board and card games for your family to enjoy during your stay. Ask to reserve them in advance. We also have a small library of DVDs. You may find a list of these items in the Welcome Book located in the cabin. The Neighborhood: We are located 20 minutes from Sunrise Ski Park, 20 minutes from Eagar/Springervile, 40 minutes from Hon-Dah Casino, 40 minutes from Big Lake and Alpine area, 1 hour from Hannagan Meadow or Show Low...pick a direction and GO!!! We have a couple of restaurants in town including the Historic Molly Butler Lodge & Bar. Getting Around: If you have a toy hauler, boat, RV or trailer, you may be asked to park in the adjacent lot. Contact me for details. You will see that area on the Map in the photos section. Other Things to Note: We do not allow fires on the property due to constantly dry conditions and closeness of the cabins. Interaction with Guests: We have an on-site property manager available from 9AM-7PM daily for any other needs that we haven't met for your stay or general guidance.
