The owners have endeavoured to keep the history of the home but the new bathroom, brand new kitchen and dining room with concertina glass doors onto the large deck add light, a modern touch, and conveniences. All you have to do is unpack, relax and enjoy.
The space
The property features 3 bedrooms and an extra sleep out, sleeping up to nine guests.
Living and dining areas are central in the home, with the kitchen and dining overlooking the large garden at the back. Two bedrooms are located at the front of the house with the third off the living area. The sleep out is also off this area, complete with extra lounge, desk and bookcase for your enjoyment.
The lounge area features TV and DVD player, and fireplace with surround leather lounges. The dining room features dining for up to 8.
The bathroom is freshly renovated, with a brand new 2nd toilet outhouse just off the deck.
The brand new kitchen is well stocked with all the utensils and basic's you'll need to feed the troops after a big day at the beach.
The outdoor shower, large deck with outdoor table (with optional large sun cover) and sun lounges allow you to really embrace the outdoors, or you can always kick back inside with a book or people watch from the front verandah!
