Positive: We found the communication with the property owner very good. The location is central to all restaurants and the car parking 5/10 mins away. The flat is a good size for a family of 4.
Negative: Unfortunately the flat wasn’t the cleanest when we arrived. The mirror and shelf in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests. We purchased some cleaning products and cleaned the flat. Also, there is a pub/club under the flat. Some evenings were louder than others. I’m all for people having fun but if I’d known we wouldn’t have booked that location. The air-con isn’t the best for cooling the flat down during hot weather. There is just one in the hall and of course opening the windows was out of the question.
Summary: We did have a nice break as lake Guarda is beautiful but cleaning standards need to be improved.
