Positive: Brilliant location just a short walk from the city centre. House itself was lovely and spacious, though clearly in need of a little work. Would stay again.
Negative: Both showers were very poor, electric shower unuseable due to temperature settings, TV connection was shaky, one of the door handles was not working and could lock you in the room (all fed back to host)
