This unique holiday house designed for six is built above the sea in Mallorca's west and is situated between the villages Valldemossa and Deìa. Houses like this one are genuinely rare in Mallorca, as large parts of the mountainous landscape in the island's west are today conservation areas. As a result, should you love the west of the island, its tranquillity and rustic mountain villages while also wanting to take advantage of coves such as Cala Deìa for swimming, this appealing villa is most probably the one for you. It has a secluded location on a 4,000 m² hillside property, offering stunning, sweeping views and is surrounded by a multi-level set of terraces that, on the southern side of the house, lead to the large pool area. The front of the villa is equipped with a balcony for almost its entire length, from which you can enjoy the best view of the sea and coast. A perfect location for reading a good book or indulging in a drop of exquisite Mallorquin wine. Take a seat on the terrace by the living room and let yourself appreciate the completely unique sunsets to be witnessed from this position. You could truly believe that you have your own slice of the island to yourself. Take a dip in the cool pool and spend leisure-filled hours on hot summer days enjoying a setting that can only be described as sublime. The pool can be conveniently accessed via a set of steps, has a depth varying between 1.2 and 1.8 m, and is tiled with blue mosaic stones. And of course, as evening draws near, someone will definitely want to fire up the barbecue for a hearty dinner.

The villa's interior is characterised by its rustic flair. Here you can spend many cosy hours indoors in the traditional atmosphere without missing out on any of the luxury offered by the majestic sea view. On the ground floor, the house offers around 90 m² of space, featuring a bedroom with double bed and terrace, another bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase leads from the lower floor to upstairs, where you can find a spacious living room with settee, television, music system, dining area, and open-plan kitchen with gas hob, combined refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, and coffee machine. The second bathroom is located in an annex on the side of the house that can be accessed through a separate entrance. In front of this annex you can find an extremely pleasant balcony featuring a marvellous view of the sea. Thanks to the heating, fireplace, and air-conditioning, this holiday retreat is a pleasure to stay in no matter the time of the year.
It is a breeze to get to the supermarkets in Valldemossa so you can take care of your daily shopping needs, and on Sundays head to the weekly markets. Valldemossa is considered the most beautiful village in the whole of Spain and offers a number of enchanting alleys, artist studios, and cafes. As "Miraet" is situated on the road connecting Valldemossa and Deìa, you can access this cove in a short amount of time too. At this point we would also like to provide some advice: as the villa is located directly beside a cliff and the outdoor stairs are only partly secure, we would not recommend this property for families with young children.
