Our 3 double bedroom Villa comes with FREE Wi-Fi, UK Freeview tv channels including BBC & ITV, a Wii console, i-Pod docking station and is perfect for families who want to holiday with doting Grandparents.
In addition, for extra peace of mind, our property managers are on site 24/7 at San Jacinto and are located just a few yards away.
A large downstairs double bedroom has en-suite facilities.
The rest of the ground floor offers very easy access to the balcony and sunken landscaped swimming pool area.
The upstairs area has two double bedrooms (both with large built in wardrobes), 1 family bathroom and a small balcony with stunning sea views across Costa Teguise.
As well as FREE Wi-Fi and UK Freeview, the property also has a DVD player (for that all essential kids quiet time) and a full kitchen with integrated appliances as standard within our rental pricing.
A small collection of beach and swimming pool toys are available for our guests to use.
Two parking places are provided immediately next to the property making unloading easy.
The property is spacious and easily accommodates 6 adults and a baby cot is included in the price, but it's advisable to bring your own baby sheets for comfort and convenience.
There is enough space to accommodate larger parties up to 10 persons using camp beds, which costs an extra £75 per person per week.
We also have a neighbour immediately next door with a smaller 2 bed apartment which can sleep a further 4 adults (subject to availability).
A maid service can be provided at extra nominal cost and our property manager lives on the complex so is available easily should anything go wrong, or if you simply need a little advice.
We have enjoyed over a decade of fabulous family holidays at this property and now we would love to share our experience and wonderful holiday home with you.
