Moonlight Beach Bungalow located in Union Pier, Michigan on the lakeside of Red Arrow Highway is sure to delight your senses. Located in beautiful Harbor Country only 90 minutes from Chicago. Harbor Country is a place to renew, refresh, relax. You would think you are hours away from your home. Magnificent wineries are everywhere. Follow the self guided wine tour for tasting around Harbor Country. Our studio cottage is the middle unit of set of triple bungalows with a relaxing courtyard to enjoy is sure to add to your experience in Harbor Country. Enjoy strolling to the picturesque sandy beach which is 1 1/2 blocks away. We have beach towels, beach blanket, umbrella and a cart to hold and walk to the beach. We have made it very easy for you. After you enjoy your day at the beach come back to the cottage to relax with a glass of wine in the courtyard chairs and table. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, out door grill. We also have a plug in stove top The grill is ready to go with all utensils. If you do not feel like cooking you can walk to 2 restaurants, yes walk within 5 minutes. The food is gourmet with fresh fish, fruits and other delightful local fare. That is why we love it here. At night you can stroll back to the beach on our wonderful tree lined street and watch the sunset and stay to make a fire. We also have a pull out queen sofa sleeper for the kids or extra adults to sleep on. Besides the beach there are many antique stores, art gallery's and delightful little shops to enjoy. There is canoeing 5 minutes away for the whole family. New Buffalo is 5 minutes away that has a lot of the stores to enjoy. Warren Dunes is about 15 minutes away. Besides the beach the dunes are a great family adventure climbing them. What a workout. Bring your bikes with to ride around and take in the local scenery and architecture. Year round there are art festivals, wine festivals, changing colors in the fall, skiing in the winter. It is not just a summer place.
