This gorgeous, just updated condo on the beautiful white sands of the Gulf of Mexico is perfect for your getaway. This roomy 1 BR, 2 Bath condo has a totally new kitchen and bathrooms, lighting, 4" smart TV, gorgeous living room furniture, and even seashell dinnerware. You'll find everything you need for the ultimate family or couple's vacation. We even provide beach chairs and umbrella, a small cooler, beach toys, boogy boards, and four new beach towels! This unit also has its own free high speed WiFi. Bring your family or friends to this well-equipped, very clean condo. This fabulous fourth floor unit sleeps 6 comfortably. The large bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds with new mattresses and lots of storage. The living room sofa converts to a queen size bed with a new innerspring mattress. The 2 full baths with are perfect for families. In addition to many decor updates, you'll love the brand new kitchen with granite countertops and seashell glass mosaic backsplash, new tiled walk-in shower, porcelain tile floors and wicker bedroom furniture. The condo has a 44" smart flat screen TV in the living room and a 32" flat screen in the bedroom, 2 DVD players, and a movie/book library for your entertainment. There is also a separate laundry room with your own personal large capacity washer/dryer. With nearly 1,000 sq. ft. of living space in the condo and a spacious gulf-front balcony overlooking the pool and the beach, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out and relax. On the balcony, enjoy watching the dolphins or manta rays play in the waves while you sip your morning coffee at the cozy bistro set or relax on the chaise lounge. Later, take in stunning sunsets and enjoy your catch of the day which can be grilled right on the charcoal built-in grill on your own private balcony. The Gulf of Mexico and the white sandy beaches sparkle through the glass doors to the balcony, which offers a breathtaking view of the ocean from any location of the living, dining and kitchen areas. If you choose to prepare meals in the kitchen or eat at the new bar under pendant lighting or at the new dining set, it will seem as if the Gulf is in the room with you! Mariner East is a well-maintained six-story unit with only ten condos per floor. You’ll never have to worry about a crowded beach or pool here.
