Summary: we booked via online for 3 rooms where the checkout time was given noon in the email confirmation but the front desk lady denied and said it was rule before covid and their checkout time is 11 am. After requesting a lot she agreed for 1 room checkout at 12 which was little help as my uncle/aunt had evening flight and other family members who were driving left early. I would think twice and confirm timing details before hand if i am booking next time. Breakfast was good everything else was fine no issues. Thank you.
