Walk out to balcony from living room and master bedroom. Plenty of comfy luxurious space. Granite throughout. Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in the master. Free Wifi and cable tv included.

Cleanliness Is Our Top Priority:
Our cleaning company is invested in providing quality cleaning services in an effort to protect your guests--We use commercial washers and dryers to process our linen, we wash and dry on high heat (160º). Surfaces are sanitized and disinfected during each cleaning. All linens are washed and sanitized after each guest.
We had professional deep cleaning treatments by Emerald Coastal Cleaning, all floors and carpet professionally deep cleaned by Kwik Dry LLC. HVACs tune-up performed and verified functioning efficiently. New wifi thermostat. Everything in the condo was professionally deep cleaned multiple times each year. Kitchen has been restocked with new pots, pans, bowls/plates/cups, utensils, etc. Guests are always able to change temperature to their comfort levels. Due to Covid, we also thoroughly clean and disinfect after every guest.
WIFI and Cable is included in the rental rate.
Property amenities such as pool and fitness center are included.
Cleaning Fee is required. It includes the one-time cleaning.
Each condo is allowed up to 2 parking passes. 1 pass is included in the reservation by default. Should you need 2nd parking pass for your stay, please request during booking. $50 per parking pass. They will be mailed to you. Alternatively, there is a kiosk/computer on the 3rd floor of San Carlos that sells parking passes at the same rate. This week, I was told by my guest that these computer parking passes are required to park at the parking lot across the street, not allowed on ground floor. So it's just an advance notice about these different passes so there won't be any surprises when you arrive.
Each parking pass is good for the length of your stay.
Parking is limited to maximum of 2 vehicles. This is strictly enforced by HOA.
Third or more vehicles are not allowed. If it's off peak season and non-holiday, you may ask for approval for 3rd car parking in advance.
San Carlos is an attractive comfort-minded 3 bedroom, 3 bath condominium at San Carlos, Sleeps up to 8. Step onto the private balcony and ready yourself for a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico accompanied with the fresh, clean salt air. Dine on your private balcony with plenty of seating and watch the charter boats sail by or the watch the playfulness of the morning dolphins. Enjoy all of the comforts of a home away from home such as a fully operational kitchen with plenty of house ware items, small appliances, breakfast bar, dishwasher, cook top stove/oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator with ice maker, pantry space and wet bar. Step onto the private balcony from both the living and master bedroom areas. Granite counter tops add an elegant touch to this spacious unit. The master bathroom includes a double sink, walk in shower and whirlpool tub. This unit also offers 4 flat screen TV`s, 3 DVD players, a great novel collection as well as board games for the entire family! The minute you enter this unit you will be able to recognize the care of its owner and the thought that went into all of the design elements!

This condo is routinely inspected by the Gulf Shores Rental Inspection. It just completed its most recent inspected and passed/approved on March 2023.

EARLY CHECK-IN:
Early Check-in can be requested in advance. There's a $50 early check-in fee. Please understand early check-in is a request to housekeeping to prioritize cleaning this condo and get it ready before regular check-in time of 4pm. You must advise in advance if there's a specific time you wish to check-in. It is not a guarantee. In the event if early check-in could not be honored due to condo cleaning not completed on time, this fee would be refunded in full back to the guest.
DAMAGE PROTECTION:
Please Note that Damage Protection is require as it is a standard practice for rentals. There are two options: One, Flat fee of $79 as a on time charge for damage insurance. Two, A refundable deposit of $350.00 will be held by VRBO. This amount is fully refunded if no damage is reported. By default, the option 1 (damage insurance of $79) is included in each reservation. If you choose option 2, please advise before booking so I can make the change for you.
***Note: I strongly advise travelers to buy the right traveler's insurance in case of cancellation due to special circumstances such as weather related issues, virus outbreak, other emergencies, etc.
