This professionally decorated two bedroom and two bathroom unit has great sweeping views of the beach and the gulf and has upscale/comfortable furnishings and art work. The Master bedroom features a king bed with adjoining private bath - your guest room offers one full size bed and one queen size bed with adjoining bath and also a brand new queen sofa sleeper in family area.
In the Kitchen, all the major stainless steel appliances have been updated along with fresh white beachy cabinetry. The counter tops are a pretty granite with a stunning stone back splash. Under counter lighting creates an ambiance of warmth and comfort. This unit will become your families favorite Beach destination for many years to come!!! Phoenix X is located in Orange Beach on the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico and is very convenient to the Flora-Bama, fabulous restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, theaters, and the Alabama Gulf State Park which features several fun activities for the whole group from zip lines to great fishing off of the HUGE Gulf State Park Pier! There are plenty of water-sports to enjoy close-by such as jet-skis, parasailing, deep sea fishing, and scuba diving just to name a few.
Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to; large Gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!
Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks.
