3 Bedroom Condo in Fort Morgan, Gulf Shores

The Indies complex offers OUTSTANDING amenities including a BBQ area, fitness center, heated pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, on-site parking, ROOFTOP deck and a boardwalk to the beach!
The Master bedroom features a king bed and on suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bunk bed. This unit also has a pull out sleeper sofa. There is also a washer and dryer in the laundry room.
Parking Notes: 2 Parking Pass Allowed Per Unit, No RVs/trailers/boats/watercraft. Guest must purchase them on ground floor of building through security.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.
Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.

Summary: The company that manages this property did not respond to a single online message I sent through the VRBO app. I had to call each time I had a question or wanted to know anything. When I did call they did answer my questions but that was it. The property was dirty. The floor was filthy, the silverware drawer had a dead bug in it. The dishwasher was full and many of the dishes in it had to be re-washed, there was mold in the master bathroom shower, and the oven was dirty. The building and the whole campus needs a lot of repairs. The pool area needed a lot of repair. Lastly we saw a rat in the hallway, then we saw one in the pool area, we saw several by the dumpster, and when we were loading are vehicle to leave we had to chase away a rat the was by are carts. I feel sorry for the condo owner as I am sure he pays a lot in association fees and the property owners aren't really keeping up with the maintenance plus the realty company he hired to take care of the property is not doing him any favors with there customer service or cleaning.
