Our condo has plenty of space and a beautiful 16th floor view - all in a building with nice amenities and that is convenient to everything that Daytona Beach Shores has to offer.
Our condo is perfect for families, friends and couples that want to relax and have fun.
The condo is well-equipped. The master bedroom includes a premium adjustable bed and a roll-in shower. There is enhanced cable TV throughout. In addition to the two bedrooms there is a bonus room (with sofa sleeper) that doubles as office space. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, towels and umbrellas.
The ocean front balcony covers the entire width of the condo and the building is right next to one of the beach ramps.
The seawall, pool deck and pool are brand new.
You will have one assigned parking spot in the garage that is on the lobby level.
In addition to an amazing view of the Atlantic Ocean - with great beach views both north and south - the front of the condo has a nice view of the Halifax River and the Dunlawton Avenue Bridge.

Summary: Very nice building, very easy communication and use of property. Minor issues taken care of immediately by Niel - everything was GREAT!! Location is good - watching the sunrise, good restaurants, good walking around, things to do for the whole family.
