Alpine View is a sprawling home designed with space for everyone, perfect for large gatherings with family or friends. The home includes 7 bedrooms, 6 baths (including 2 ensuites), common areas on separate floors and WiFi. See image for the main floor layout - the primary living area and all seven bedrooms are on one floor (layout shows one bed room as office). The lower level living area includes a ping pong table, lounge area with television, and a second kitchen area with fridge.
Alpine View is located on 6 private acres in a beautiful, serene setting surrounded by trees and neighboring farms and barns, but centrally located between Stowe Mountain and the Village (center of town). It's a quick, scenic drive in either direction; about 15 minutes to the Mountain or 7 minutes to the Village - and even closer to the heart of Stowe where you'll find the center of the popular Stowe Recreation path, dozens of restaurants, Stoweflake Resort and Spa, Stowe Country Club, The Alchemist Brewery, Stowe Farmer's Market, Stowe Bowl, and much more.
The living room is anchored by a stone hearth and contains a wall of sliding doors that open to the deck; perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped and includes a Farm Sink, Viking Fridge/Freezer, and more.
Outside, enjoy the private setting and the Alpine Views from the deck. There's a retractable awning for shade when desired. Down below find an in-ground pool for those hot summer days.
We've installed a pool heater for those interested. The heater is available for an additional $100 per day of your stay (billed by # of nights booked). If desired, please advise prior to your stay to ensure the heater is turned on (temperature set to 80 degrees).
There's also a game room equipped with a ping pong table, foosball table, television and full bath.
While Alpine View is on 6 acres, it is within a residential area with young families nearby. Please be respectful of our neighbors in regards to noise. Please observe quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. We want you to enjoy Alpine View, though please do so in a way that does not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of our neighbors.

Summary: This home is a perfect place to stay for a large family. Our three grown children and spouses and grandchildren loved the home. The set up of the bedrooms is perfect for families or group that have small children as bedrooms have two hallway doors to shut out noise while napping or to bed early. We gathered around the table for games every evening. Only got one day of skiing due to rain but Stowe is a great mountain and all had a full day. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone. Clean, great kitchen and open living/dining area. The game room downstairs is perfect for foosball and ping pong. An extra refrigerator in the kitchen area came in very handy. We’d love to go in the summer and get use of the beautiful pool. Thank you Liz!
