The accommodation comprises of a spacious kitchen/diner with dining table and chairs, dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer; ground floor WC; living room with TV and glazed door out to a pretty courtyard garden with bench and table. On the first floor is a twin room with fitted wardrobe; master bedroom with fitted wardrobe, super-king bed which can be made up as two singles if required; single room; family shower room.
To the front of the property is a driveway which can accommodate 1 or 2 cars – although the property is close to train and bus links and a car is not essential.

Exmouth has a frequent train service to Exeter and beyond – this train ride affords stunning river views. There are also plenty of bus services and so a car is not essential. Please Note – The entrance to the house is via 11 external steps. The rear garden is accessed by two steps down.
