Great location in the popular community of Pinewood Village. A short 5 mile drive to famous Siesta Key beach and in close proximity to many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, drug stores, and downtown Sarasota. Several tennis courts and golf courses are are nearby.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit ground floor features a screened in entryway as well as a screened/glassed lanai. Dine in the well stocked eat-in kitchen, at the formal dining area, or out on the lanai. Comfortable sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, plus additional sofa bed on the screened/glassed lanai for overnight visitors. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit, and beach gear is provided for your use at the beach. Free WiFi & cable are provided. Covered, assigned parking space is near the unit.

Summary: Mostly good except two areas-(1) The worst was the last two weeks when we had drain problems, mostly in the kitchen. We could not do much in the kitchen in food prep. because we never knew when the sink would back up including in the dishwasher. That ment eating out most of the time which we usually do not do.,and (2) we never did really figure out the HVC system- it would have helped to have a written description of the operation.
