Positive: The host himself, the information and logistics, and the welcoming were excellent. The little balcony was a very cozy place for breakfast (though it only had room for one). Good bed in the master bedroom, good facility for clothes and bathroom attires, good shower. Advanced washer/drier, though no washing powder supplied. The living room is spacious and has windows in two directions, and the kitchen is well equipped.
Negative: The house has blinds on all the windows, so there is no view out anywhere unless you manually open them. Still, this is perfectly normal in Spain and it didn't bother us much, since we were out and about all day long.
Summary: All in all very good value for the money, in an excellent location.
