Simple charm & comfort best describes our (2) bedroom, (2.5) bath, 2nd & 3rd floor end-unit condo of a three-level complex. The only pitter-patter of footsteps above your head will be your own. The kitchen has a private deck & the bedrooms have private balconies for you step out and enjoy the fresh gulf breeze. Take time to enjoy an a’ la carte breakfast overlooking the courtyard and when ready, take a quick stroll to the beach to admire the crystal clear waters for a free dose of Vitamin D! If you get tired of building sandcastles, enjoy restaurants, shopping, water sports, entertainment & nightlife all within the vicinity.
The condo is a self check-in residence with a private entry code to assist in practicing social distancing & allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys. Your designated parking space for C2 is at the base of the staircase. Guest parking is to the right of the designated area that is first come first serve.
The floor plan is open & inviting for entertaining throughout the dining, living room, kitchen counter and kitchen. The dining room table has seating for (8), counter seating for (4) and there is a kitchen table with seating for (4). The living room features a flat screen TV with a large comfy sectional sofa & swivel chairs, where you can snuggle up, enjoy movies or play games.
The kitchen offers plenty of room & cabinet space with the sliding glass door to fill the room with warmth & natural sunlight. The kitchen is well equipped and you’ll find a Keurig and regular coffee pot for your brewing pleasure. Take your meals or drinks outside to the coffee table with seating for (4). Community charcoal grills are located throughout the courtyard.
The bedrooms are located on the top floor, both have private ensuite bathrooms, flat screen TV’s, ceiling fans, his and her closets, comfy beach motif bedding, and sliding glass doors that open to private balconies on separate sides of the condo. The master bedroom has king bed & the bathroom with a step in shower & the guest bedroom has a queen bed overlooking the courtyard with a tub/shower combo in the bathroom. For additional sleeping, the living room has a queen sleeper sofa & a powder room.
