This two story condo features a kitchen with a fabulous counter/eating area. An fenced in patio in the back, and a dedicated desk for your productivity. Enjoy the stylish contrast of sleek painted concrete flooring on the first level and plush, cozy carpeting on the second. A ceiling fan in the main bedroom keeps you cool, with an extra fan available for personalized comfort.
One minute away from Highway 74 (Independence Blvd) and Monroe Rd, quick access to numerous attractions.
