Transit in every direction and 5 min walk to subway. Walking distance to College Street, the lively, colourful Kensington Market, the Ossington strip, Korea Town on Bloor Street, the Annex, Dufferin Grove Park, the elegant eateries on Harbord Street and, of course, the University of Toronto and the downtown hospitals. Toronto Bike Share stand one block away – very easy City to bike in because it’s so flat! Neighbourhood: Overview Our beautiful house is located in the very popular neighbourhood of Palmerston-Little Italy. It has the 5th highest walking score in the City at 95%! It s walking distance to UofT, all the downtown hospitals, 30 minutes’ walk to City Hall, close to galleries, museums, theatres and surrounded by literally hundreds of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops. Getting Around Our location is fantastic. It s within walking distance to anywhere downtown (up to half-an-hour). But you don t have to walk as there is transit all around. We are a few steps away from the Harbord/Wellesley bus; a block away from the Bathurst streetcar; 6 minutes’ walk to the subway; and one long block to the College Streetcar. (5 mins) These routes offer a lot of possibilities. We also have cycle paths on all the streets around our house so it s also a great place to cycle from.
