This superbly located 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment is a 4 minute walk to the famous Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous restaurants & bars. The property is furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a beautiful urbinization. There is a large lounge and dining area with English TV and free wi-fi, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 1 twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes. The property comes with full air conditioning cold or hot in all rooms. In the garden you will find loungers so that you can enjoy laying in the sun and has a gas BBQ for you to use. The property overlooks the communal pool which is open 10.00am to 10.00pm.
La Zenia beach is your closest beach where you will find a beach bar and restaurant with sun loungers and parasols for hire. Cabo Roig beach is just a short drive from the apartment. Most of the beaches in the area have good facilities so try them all and find the best one for you.

Summary: Lovely spacious apartment and very clean.Pool was very clean also.5 min walk to the plaza ,perfect stay.We come to villamartin every year but this was the first time staying here but 100%will be coming back to this apartment.
