Great location- Just a short walk or bike ride to the beach and all Folly Beach has to offer. The Folly Pier, Center Street shopping and cozy beach bars and dining are just over the bridge. If the beach is not your speed, you have a pool in the complex that is open from April to October. This 3 Br 3 Ba condo has all the comforts of home. There is a bright open living area and fully equipped and recently updated kitchen, along with a large screened in porch. The screened in porch is a perfect spot for relaxing after a long day at the beach, entertaining friends or a quiet morning coffee. This is the perfect ESCAPE for families, friends or couples.
The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed, master bath with double vanity, jetted tub and separate shower. Master also has access to screened in porch. Second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has bunk beds (one full and one twin bed). All bedrooms have televisions with cable.
Folly Beach County Park is a short car ride (2 miles) away with parking and bathroom facilities. James Island County Park with several family activities is 7 miles away. Historic downtown Charleston is just 9 short miles away with all its amazing offerings!
