3 Bedroom House in Marathon

This 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath house has everything you need in order to experience a relaxing and enjoyable vacation at Sombrero Beach. Located in the heart of the Florida Keys, Casa MarBella offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It has a beautiful pool with flowing waterfall that is bordered by a large deck and a fire pit area. Both the indoor and outdoor dining areas overlook the wide canal lane where flocks of pelicans roam daily. Casa MarBella has open living rooms with smart TVs on both floors which is ideal for big families (sleeps 10 comfortably). The kitchen is fully equipped and there is an additional full size refrigerator with freezer in the garage.
Casa MarBella is also ideal for fisherman. The deep water dock has a 30 amp shore-power plug, fish cleaning table and deep glow underwater light system which attracts fish at night.
Poolside Weber gas grill, outdoor counter with built-in ice chest and sink.
Guests will have access to a large yeti cooler with wheels, corn hole set, paddle boards (3), 12ft fishing kayak, beach tricycle, pedal boat, skid boards (2) and beach bikes (4).
Casa MarBella also has plenty of parking space for your family and guests, and Is conveniently located near Publix, Winn Dixie and Local restaurants. We have two cameras (RING) on the outside of the property. One is pointing to the driveway and the other one on the backyard, covering the pool and the dock. They are there for your safety only.

Summary: We had an amazing time! The neighborhood was so peaceful! The pool was a big highlight & fishing from the deck was a joy! This home is set up that you really don’t want to leave. But if you must Sombrero Beach was a simple bike ride away and so pretty! The home is close to grocery stores & a short drive to some great restaurants. The owners are very responsive! Could not have asked for a better trip!
