The Space:
The estate consists of a 4 BR/3 BA main house and a 1BR/1BA guest house.
With an open concept first floor, the main house has two dining areas, family room with large flat screen TV and spacious kitchen. Bask in the natural light that streams in through the windows and glass doors while staying cool with the central air conditioning. The property can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in the main house, and 2 guests in the guest house.
The main house has 3 bedrooms on the main level. BR 1 with a king bed, ensuite bath and deck access. BR 2 has 2 queen beds and flat screen TV. BR 3 has a full bed, crib and changing table. BR 4 is on the second floor with a queen bed.
This property boasts multiple WFH spaces for those who have to pop into "the office" for a bit.
The sprawling deck features a propane fire pit, deck heaters and Adirondack chairs. The swimming pool is fenced and surrounded by beautiful perennial gardens for added privacy.
The guest house features a living area with flatscreen TV, dining area and kitchenette with small fridge and microwave. One bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath. A second propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs is located out the back door of the guest house.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to both the main house, guest house and the pool. There are no shared spaces.

The home is set on 4.7 private acres. The home itself is set back from the road in a quiet, serene setting.
Getting Around:
You will need a car to navigate the Berkshires efficiently.

A 15 minute drive will take you to Tanglewood, 5 minutes to Berkshire Theater Festival, and 25 minutes to Jacobs Pillow. Plenty of experiences and adventures await after which you will come home to a relaxing oasis of your own.
PET POLICY: Owner approval must be obtained prior to booking. Not all dogs will be approved. Dogs only and no multiples. A pet fee of $100 required.
