Positive: Great location, really close to Sagrada Familia as well as the Verdaguer L4 subway station, which connects you to most places
Negative: Extremely hot, really tiny, bathroom is weird; there is a window that connects the kitchen with the bathroom, so no privacy there. Although there is an elevator in the building and the apartment is technically on the 3rd floor, the apartment doesn’t have access to it so you will have to go up and down with all your belongings in a narrow and dark set of stairs. On the other hand, the washing machine stinks and so did the towels, so we had to dry with our own clothes and use the laundromat on Industrial (street). The TP provided was so tiny that we had to go buy more in the middle of the night, because only 2 tiny rolls were left for consumption
Summary: Tiny, uncomfortable and extremely hot; not for families with little children
