Grayton Orange - Grayton Orange is a stunning, spacious beach house and offers 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 4 covered decks and a fireplace. The house sleeps 14 - 16 with 2 kings, 3 queens, 1 full bunk/twin bunk with trundle, and 1 queen Murphy bed. Enjoy breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico, priceless sunsets, and the rolling sand dunes of Grayton Beach State Park from the living room, kitchen-dining areas, master bedroom, den, and two covered front decks. Now offering a complete wheel chair accessible bedroom (adjustable king bed) and bath! This home offers a well-equipped kitchen to include 2 dishwashers, extra under counter refrigerator, and ice maker. Additional amenities include an elevator, fireplace, stereo system, 7 flat screen TV's with DVD players, charcoal grill, 2 laundry rooms, 1100 square feet of covered decks, spacious rooms with 9-10 foot ceilings, wireless internet, professional decor, and 4 bedrooms with direct access to outside decks. The 28' X 14' saltwater pool adds to the enjoyment. Adjacent to the pool is a covered wet bar, an outside eating area and enclosed storage. The pool can be heated upon request for only a small charge during spring and fall seasons. Beach access is approximately 100 yards from the house. Beach chairs, a 'beach wagon" for your cooler, stroller and floats are located in the ground level storage area. Parking is available for 6+ cars. MAIN LEVEL - 2ND FLOOR: -Living area, TV -Table seating for 10, counter seating for 4 -Fully stocked kitchen -Bunk Room with Twin/Full beds and a trundle, Bathroom with tub/shower combo, TV -Queen Room, private bath with tub/shower combo, TV -Pool bathroom with shower -Additional laundry room TOP LEVEL, 3RD FLOOR: -Den with Queen Murphy Bed, TV -Hall bath with tub/shower combo -King Master Suite, private bath with jacuzzi tub and shower, TV -King Room, private bath with handicap tub access, TV -2 Queens Room, private bath with shower, TV -Laundry Room *add $35.00 per day to heat the pool (available October - April if needed) *Note – This property may have date restrictions that apply.
