IF YOUR EXPECTING A MILLION DOLLAR HOME WITH GRANITE COUNTER TOPS OR STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES THEN THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU. IT IS AN AUTHENTIC 1977 BEACH BOX/FISHING CAMP GETAWAY WITH MODERN CONVIENCES LIKE A/C AND INTERNET AND SATELLITE TV AND TELEPHONE. THE COTTAGE IS A 3 BEDROOM 2 BATH HOME WITH A SLEEPING PORCH, SPACIOUS OPEN CONCEPT LIVING,DINING,KITCHEN AREA, DECORATED SIMILIAR TO JOES CRAB SHACK STYLE..ALL KINDS OF OUR TREASURES HANG FROM THE CEILING. KITCHEN IS STOCKED WITH ALL POTS AND PANS AND DISHES ,APPLIANCES AND GADGETS YOU WILL NEED. SLEEPS 12 COMFORTABLY. CONVENIENT OUT SIDE SHOWER/DRESSING AREA, BBQ GRILL, LOWER LEVEL WET BAR WITH ICE MACHINE WITH WATER SOFTENER SYSTEM AND 2 EXTRA REFRIGERATORS IN ADDITION TO THE ONE IN THE KITCHEN UPSTAIRS (1 FOR EXTRA FOOD STORAGE AND 1 FOR BAIT ONLY), SOUND FRONT DECK/DOCK WITH GAZEBO, WASHER/DRYER, 2 KAYAKS, PADDLE BOARDS,BOOGIE BOARDS,BEACH CHAIRS,UMBRELLAS,COOLERS,TENT AND FISHING POLES. WE HAVE 3 SEPERATE HERDS OF HORSES THAT VISIT THE HOUSE DAILY AND WILL WALK ALL AROUND UNDER THE HOUSE, AND THEY WILL GET IN THE CANAL AND ENJOY EATING THE GRASS THAT GROWS IN THE CANAL. PLEASE TAKE ALL THE PICTURES YOU WANT BUT DO NOT FEED THEM (IT MAKES THEM VERY SICK) AND DO NOT CHASE THEM OR TRY TO PET THEM, WE ENJOY THEM AND DONT WANT THEM TO NOT COME BACK. WE ALSO HAVE DEER THAT VISIT IN THE EARLY MORNINGS AND EAT THE PERSIMMIONS OFF THE TREE IN THE FRONT YARD. THE COTTAGE IS CURRENTLY BEING RENOVATED, NEW CARPET, NEW PAINT, ETC AND DECKED OUT WITH GRAVE DIGGER MEMORABILIA AND WILL BE READY FOR RENT APRIL 1ST. WE WILL POST PICTURES SOON WE ARE SURE IT WONT DISAPPOINT. COME SPEND A WEEK OR TWO IN OUR COTTAGE. DONT DELAY IN BOOKING WE HAVE ALOT OF INTEREST AND FEEL IT WILL BOOK UP FAST!
